Abstract:

This paper explores the strategic interplay between Financial Risk Management (FRM), Intellectual Capital (IC), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within the framework of Indian tradition. It argues that India's rich cultural heritage, rooted in ethical conduct, community welfare, and knowledge reverence, offers a unique lens to understand and implement these modern business imperatives. By integrating ancient Indian philosophies with contemporary corporate practices, the paper highlights how organizations can build resilient, responsible, and knowledge-driven enterprises. The study draws from classical texts, empirical research, and modern case studies to present a holistic model of sustainable business rooted in Indian ethos.
